Terms of Service

1. The service

HeySmart provides a unified gateway service for LLM APIs: using the API key we issue, you call the model capabilities available on the platform over an OpenAI-compatible protocol. The available models, capabilities and prices are subject to what the console displays in real time.

2. Account and credentials

• You are responsible for all calls made under your account and must keep your API key safe;
• If your API key leaks, rotate or revoke it in the console immediately;
• You may not use the service for any purpose that violates applicable laws and regulations.

3. Billing and refunds

• Billing modes (per-call / pay-as-you-go) and unit prices are subject to the live figures on the console "Capability Pricing" page; the cost of each request is knowable before it is sent.
• Failed requests are not charged: when a request fails due to the gateway or upstream, it is not billed; retries are never billed twice.
• Top-up balances are used to offset consumption; for refund rules please consult via the Ticket Center.

4. Availability and changes

We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the service stable, and may adjust or suspend some capabilities for maintenance or upstream policy changes. Material changes are announced on the site or in the console. We are not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for service fluctuations caused by force majeure or upstream providers.

5. Liability

You are responsible for content you generate or transmit through the service. We make no guarantee about the accuracy of model outputs and are not liable for how you use them or their consequences.
